You have 14 days from receipt of your order to change your mind and return it to us for a refund, exchange or credit card.

Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense.

To ensure that your return is accepted, here are some key point to keep in mind :

- Your item must be returned undamaged, unwashed, in its original packaging, with no signs of use, with label

- Make sure your clothes are clean

All non-conforming returns will be refused.

- Fill in the required information (postal code and order number)

- Indicate the item you wish to return and the reason for return in order to generate a return authorization

- Once you've paid the return shipping costs, you'll receive the return label

- Print the slip and stick it on the parcel/box

- Drop off the parcel

WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND ?

Once your return package has been received, your return will be processed as quickly as possible. You will receive an automatic e-mail to let you know when your refund has been processed.

Please allow approximately 5 working days from receipt of your return for our service to process your refund.
It may then take up to 48 hours for the refund to appear on your account.
